But the table is getting bigger, and The Dinner Bell is expanding into something I’m genuinely thrilled about.
I’m writing this from the California desert, where the light is doing something extraordinary over the San Jacinto Mountains, and Archie is stretched out at my feet like he owns the place. Something has been quietly building out here — a deeper pull toward wine, the stories behind the glass, and the rituals that give life its pulse. I’ve been deep in WSET Diploma studies, chasing the soul behind the technical data. And I realized: this is exactly what The Dinner Bell was always meant to hold.
